Shipping policy

At CelerityApparel, we work hard to make sure your orders get to you quickly and safely please review our shipping details below:

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. 

We currently ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times: Domestic (within United States 3-7 business days after processing. International: 7-21 business days after processing.  

Please not that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at apparelcelerity@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds until the investigation is complete. 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. 

Preorder Policy: Processing & Production Time: Be aware that all preorder items require 2-4 weeks for production before shipping. This timeline allows us to ensure high-quality materials and craftsmanship for every piece.

Shipping Time:  Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped immediately. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks total from the date of purchase to receive your order. 

Order changes & Cancellations: Preorder items are made specifically for you; all sales are final after 24 hours of placing your order. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or changes after this period. 

Split Orders: If your order contains both preorder and in stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready. If you would like items shipped separately, please place separate orders. 

Delays: While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to high demand or production issues, by purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this possibility. 

Chargebacks & Disputes:  By completing your purchase, you agree to this preorder timeline. Filing a chargeback for standard preorder wait times is considered a violation of this policy. If you have any concerns, please contact us first, were here to help.
